Welcome to Chatpanda.my ("Chatpanda", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Chatpanda.my, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Chatpanda.my is a real-time online chat platform designed for open discussions among users. All conversations, interactions, and participation within chatrooms are entirely voluntary and initiated at the user’s own discretion.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You choose to participate in any chatroom or discussion at your own free will.

  • Any content you read, post, or respond to is done at your own risk.

2. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By using Chatpanda.my, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for your conduct, messages, and interactions.

  • You assume full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your participation.

  • Chatpanda.my does not control, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or reliability of user-generated content.

All activities conducted in the chatrooms are strictly at the user’s own choice and risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Chatpanda.my, its owners, operators, administrators, moderators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

    • Chatroom conversations or interactions

    • User-generated content

    • Emotional distress, reputational harm, or personal disagreements

    • Harassment, offensive language, misinformation, or disputes between users

By using the platform, you automatically and irrevocably release Chatpanda.my and its owners from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

4. Moderation Disclaimer

While Chatpanda.my may implement moderation tools and local moderators:

  • Moderation is provided on a best-effort basis only.

  • We are not obligated to monitor all conversations.

  • Failure to moderate or remove content does not create liability.

Moderation does not imply responsibility for user conduct or content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities

  • Post content that is clearly unlawful under Malaysian law

  • Attempt to exploit, disrupt, or compromise the platform

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content or restrict access without notice.

6. No Professional Advice

Content shared on Chatpanda.my does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or academic advice. You should not rely on chatroom content for decision-making.

7. Account & Access

Chatpanda.my may operate with minimal or no registration requirements. Regardless of sign-up method:

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own device and access security.

  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Chatpanda.my at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
